There is no mistaking that booties are once again "in" for this Fall/Winter season. With choices ranging from ruffles to spikes to chains (OH YES!) one can be a bit intimidated when searching for that perfect pair. Rest assured my stylish friends pulling off the look is as easy as 1, 2, 3. They can be paired with mini skirts, jeggings, rompers, skinny jeans, pencil skirts, or just about anything you can imagine. Just make it stylish and keep it hawt! 
I can remember back to when I was a bit put off, for lack of a better word at the site of booties. No worries, I have gotten over that temporary bout of insanity. I believe that hesitation can be attributed to the fact that I had not given them a fair try. I recall the ones I wore that changed my mind forever, they were black suede 5in booties with a side buckle *heaven*
I have not yet started shopping for my Fall/Winter boot collection but I have been browsing the web and checking my favorite shoe stores for the most unique styles. Yes, everyone around me knows that I'm a bit extra. I make no apologies though because FAB is what I do. :)
